ROMPETROL COGEN POWER PLANT REGULATING AND METERING SYSTEM

Adatech has been providing comprehensive engineering, automation, and field application services for the Rom Petrol Project, which started in June 2022, covering all critical systems and infrastructure related to the RMS area. Throughout the project, Adatech delivered end-to-end solutions, encompassing both software and hardware components, to ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of the station. From the design phase to commissioning, Adatech’s engineering and field teams played an active role, creating a fully integrated system infrastructure tailored to the project’s specific needs.

Within the project scope, the complete design of the RMS area was carried out by Adatech, including the development and implementation of the automation system, software, and all necessary equipment. A fully integrated SCADA system was also designed and commissioned to enable real-time monitoring and control of the entire station. In the control room, a PLC panel, MCC panel, and Heat Trace power panel were designed, manufactured, and installed in compliance with advanced engineering standards. An operator workstation was also provided to allow comprehensive system monitoring and management from a single point.

Adatech’s scope of work extended beyond automation and control systems to include the supply and installation of essential grounding equipment, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire facility. In addition, a complete heat trace application was delivered, along with all necessary heat trace equipment to guarantee optimal operational conditions under all circumstances. The project also covered the design and installation of the entire communication infrastructure, cabling, and cable tray systems, all executed in line with international standards and tailored to meet Rom Petrol’s operational requirements.

Through every stage of the project, Adatech maintained a strong focus on delivering the highest levels of quality and safety, ensuring that all components and systems were fully compliant with applicable regulations and client expectations.
