TANAP MS1 /CS1 STATIONS MAINTENANCE WORK

Adatech has carried out comprehensive field research, technical reporting and maintenance services for Indirect Waterbath Heater (IWH) systems within the scope of Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) between 2021-2022. This project aims to increase the operational efficiency of heaters on the natural gas pipeline and ensure the long-term reliability of the systems. The studies carried out by Adatech’s expert engineering team include analyzing the current status of heater systems at different points of the pipeline, determining the necessary technical improvements and implementing maintenance-repair processes.

During the project, detailed technical assessments were carried out at the CS1 Compressor Station in Ardahan Damal, the CS5 Compressor Station in Eskişehir Seyitgazi and the CS5 Offtake Compressor Station, as well as the MS1 Measurement Station in Ardahan Posof. Adatech’s field services include functional checks of all components to ensure the efficient operation of Waterbath Heater systems, inspection of critical mechanical and electrical components, improvements to prevent possible failures and planned maintenance activities.

With its extensive experience in energy infrastructure, Adatech has contributed to one of the important projects supporting the security and continuity of TANAP’s strategic natural gas transmission system. Thanks to the technical analyses and maintenance work carried out, the efficiency of the fuel gas heating systems in the pipeline has been increased, operational interruptions have been prevented and the long-term reliability of the systems has been maximized.
